This event will promote networking among representatives of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and technology firms to leverage innovations that improve customer service and organizational efficiency. The event will include 30 technical sessions covering solutions for: (1) core banking; (2) agency banking; (3) digital lending; (4) mobile banking; (5) WhatsApp banking; (6) credit risk management; (7) payment systems; and (8) data and analytics.
Background on Organizer: Headquartered in the city of Kigali, SNG Events organizes in-person and virtual conferences, seminars and trade shows serving the banking and agriculture sectors.
Cost: The fee to attend is USD 850 per person, with rates of USD 300 offered for MFI staff and USD 400 for representatives of government, banks and insurance companies.
