The European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) is pleased to announce the publication of “Caveat Venditor: Towards a Conceptual Framework for Buyer Selection in Responsible Microfinance Exits” by Sam Mendelson and Daniel Rozas.
The authors pose their research question as follows: “For most, socially responsible investing means just that – investing in a manner that not only generates financial returns, but also produces positive social value. But what does it mean for an investor to be “responsible” when selling their holdings?”
This post is part of a sponsored series on European Microfinance Week, which will be held in Luxembourg from November 14 through November 16, 2018. MicroCapital has been engaged to promote and cover the event on-site.
