Background on Organizers: This conference is organized under the African Postal Financial Services Initiative by the UN’s International Fund for Agricultural Development”, in collaboration with the Swiss-based Universal Postal Union, the Amsterdam-based World Savings Banks Institute/European Savings Banks Group and the United Nations Capital Development Fund.
