FEBRUARY 20-22, 2008, MORGAN STANLEY WESTCHESTER CAMPUS, PURCHASE, NEW YORK

Women’s World Banking (WWB) and Morgan Stanley will jointly host WWB’s sixth annual capital markets conference on Microfinance and the Capital Markets. Topics will include Optimal Capital Structure and Financing Strategies, MFI Transformations, Selecting the Ideal Equity Investors, and New Developments in Finance for MFIs. The cost to attend this event is USD 300 and participation is by invitation only.

The organizers of this event intend to bring together leading Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) and international investors to discuss capital markets transactions, create new opportunities for commercial funding, and promote new finance structures that result in local currency funding. Conference activities will include workshops, case studies, plenary sessions, and lectures.
