WASHINGTON, February 12 – The Microfinance Information eXchange (MIX) announced the release of the first-ever Benchmarking Microfinance in Nepal report. The analysis covers 2006 outreach data provided by 18 microfinance institutions (MFIs) and financial performance data from a subset of nine retail microfinance banks.
Benchmarking Microfinance in Nepal will be presented at the Microfinance Summit, Nepal 2008, February 14 – 16, by MIX’s Lead Analyst Hind Tazi.
