WASHINGTON, July 10 – CGAP (Consultative Group to Assist the Poor) has launched the Microfinance Technology Survey to understand how MFIs use technology, how they approach future technology investments and identify weaknesses and opportunities in the microfinance technology market.
Technology is consistently cited as one of the greatest challenges faced by MFIs around the world. While efficient use of technology can help reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase outreach, many MFIs continue to sink funds into poor technology investments or simply do not invest in technology, limiting their ability to grow and compete.
Survey winners will be eligible for the raffle to win up to USD 15,000 in free consulting services.
Take the survey in English, Spanish, French or Arabic.
