Summary of Event: This week-long program will cover approaches financial inclusion executives can take to address “industry change, managing competition, organization growth, and creating economic and social value.” [1] Past iterations of this program included leaders from microfinance institutions and other financial service providers from about 100 countries.

Background on Organizers: The program is organized by the Executive Education Program of the Harvard Business School (HBS), a graduate school of Harvard University, which is based in the US state of Massachusetts. The Executive Education Program seeks to provide intensive experiences in topics relating to leadership. This event is co-organized by Accion, a US-based nonprofit organization that operates microfinance institutions providing financial services to low-income clients in 21 countries.

Cost: The cost of the program is USD 8350, which includes tuition, housing and meals.
