Cost: The standard cost for six days including tuition, housing and meals is USD 7,350. A limited number of scholarships are available.

Summary of Event: Organized by Harvard Business School and ACCION International, both of which are located in the US state of Massachusetts, this educational program is intended to provide management and leadership training to members of the microfinance industry. The program will bring together microfinance institution CEOs and executives of mainstream banks entering the microfinance market, immersing them in the microfinance industry and the operations of leading microfinance institutions. The agenda will include:

1. Succeeding in highly competitive financial sectors

2. Balancing a social focus in a commercial setting

3. Reaching new business segments

4. Evolving products and delivery channels
