Mexican Microfinance Institution (MFI), Financiera Independencia, will hold its fiscal 2007 fourth quarter conference call and release its earnings for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2007 on February 21, 2008 at 11 AM Eastern Time.

Established in 1993, Financiera Independencia is a Mexican Microfinance Institution (MFI). According to its latest financial statement, it had total assets of 2.95 billion Mexican pesos (approximate equivalent USD 275 million) and a loan portfolio of 2.52 billion Mexican pesos (approximate equivalent USD 234 million). Its return on assets was 20.40 percent and its return on equity was 53.20 percent.
