MicroSave, a for-profit consulting company based in India, recently launched ePaathshala, an educational program for both staff and clients of financial institutions. The program includes an online training portal, a mobile app and an interactive voice response system, all three of which teach about the range of services offered by MFIs and banks.
As of 2016, MicroSave has implemented projects in 45 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
