ES Global, a consulting firm that focuses on social investing and micro- and small enterprise development, has created a wiki for post-crisis management support to microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Haiti. The wiki, which will provide case study anecdotes from real post-crisis management experiences, also intends to serve as a general online information bank for future post-crisis MFI management.
Practitioners are encouraged to contribute to the wiki in the following five key areas:
• Immediate Post-Crisis Management Strategy Information
• Operational Tips for Staff and Clients
• Case Studies and Anecdotes from Other Crisis
• Literature Reviews
• Questions and Answers Section
