The focus of the award for 2011 was “transparency, client protection and social impact,” and it was presented during the “Present and Future of Microfinance: Transparency, Client Protection and Social Impact for a Sustainable Growth” Conference hosted by Fondazione Giordano Dell’Amore on October 24 in Italy.
